It is made with a catsup base with fresh onions, fresh garlic, brown sugar, chili powder, smoke flavor, mustard, honey and lemons and a few more of our top secret spices.

MAD MIKES TWISTED HABANERO BBQ SAUCE
If you like it hot, our all natural Twisted Habanero Sauce is for you. We use fresh Habanero peppers in this catsup based sauce. We use fresh onions and garlic, with some brown sugar, mustard, honey and lemon plus a few more secret ingredients. The Habanero Sauce is hot, but not too hot. It starts off sweet, then the heat kicks in. Since Habaneros are an oily pepper, the heat builds the more you eat.
This sauce is awesome on hotwings. It also works well poured over a block of cream cheese and eaten with crackers and for some reason it loves bacon see recepies for bacon wraped chicken or shrimp glazed with this wonderfull sauce.
